So I guess the pottery would have been lovely, if it had arrived intact.But due to very poor packing, (I do this kind of packing for a living) the item came totally broken even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap.The item was in a very large box...much too large, with paper around three sides of it. Because the item was in the corner of the box, the bubble wrap did very little good.Then, on top of that, when I called to return the item, they told me they would ship another the next day (Thursday) and I would have it on Friday. This was a gift for a party on Sunday.On Friday when the UPS driver had no package for me, I called.First they told me it was lost. Then that it had never been shipped. Then that it was lost. Then finally that it had never been shipped.Who knows what really happened. All I know is that customer service reps seem to tell you whatever they think you want to hear and then ignore requests. Later they apologize profusely for their mistakes.That doesn't help me with the gift for Sunday!I understand that things get broken in shipment. But please don't promise me something you can't deliver!I would assign 0 stars if I could!!
